Job Description: Responsible for evaluations, plan of care, daily documentation, progress notes, medical justifications, treatment, treatment planning, home programming, and collaboration with multiple disciplines. Treatment population birth through 18 years and adults with developmental disabilities. Will oversee OTA if you are a licensed OT.
Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree is required, state/national licenses, level one fingerprint clearance card, CPR/First Aide, and pass drug screening. Experience in pediatrics is preferred but will train the right candidate.
